Ivanyshchuk A. Administrative and legal support of the judiciary in Ukraine

The thesis presents a theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problems of administrative and legal support of the judiciary, which is embodied in the relevant theory for solving important scientific problem administrative law. This theory can be used to ensure humane and fair trial in the process of lawmaking, law enforcement and law enforcement government entities. Scientific novelty of the results is the first comprehensive research in the administrative and legal support of the judiciary. Moreover, it has been conduct complex doctrinal analysis of the administrative and legal support of the judiciary. It has been identified special principles of administrative and legal support of the judiciary, as the fundamental starting principles, ideas, provisions of special public administration for ensuring appropriate conditions for the administration of justice of administrative services to individuals who applied to the judiciary. There are such principles: the principle of priority to ensure public administration proper conditions for judges.
