The object of the research is the processes of formation and development of the system of corporate security management of enterprises. The subject of research consists of theoretical, methodological, scientific-methodical principles and applied tools for the formation and development of the enterprise corporate security management system. Research carried out through the use of methods:: monographic analysis, abstraction and morphological analysis, clustering and classification, method of induction and deduction, economic and statistical method, the taxonomic method, peer reviews, analytical method abstract logical graph-analytic method. The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological and applied principles of the formation and development of the enterprise corporate security management system. The nature of the processes of interaction between the enterprise and the external environment is grounded on the basis of the coordination of corporate interests and coordination of actions in the economic, social, political, environmental and natural spheres of activity according to the components. A specific characteristic of corporate security management system is proposed. A systematization of types of behavior of security threat prevention process based on the criteria "measure, which is important for the subject to overcome the threat" and "measure, which for the subject is important to maintain production capacity." The matrix classification of strategies for the development of the corporate security management system of the enterprise is proposed, depending on the level of formation (low, medium, high) and the level of threats (low, medium, high).
