Potravka L. Transformation of the Agrarian Sector of the Ukrainian Economy

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical foundations, methodological approaches and development of practical recommendations for transformations of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy in the context of the synergetic approach. Based on the epistemological sources of transformations and systematization of methodological approaches, the essence of the transformations of the agrarian sector was clarified. The synergetic paradigm of transformations of the agrarian sector is substantiated. The tendencies of transformations of the economic system of Ukraine towards the agrarian sector are determined. The economic efficiency of transformation transformations of the agricultural sector has been assessed and their social and environmental consequences have been determined. The possibility of expanding agricultural export markets by redirecting trade flows to the ascending countries is argued. The proposals for improving the structural policy of transformational transformations with the purpose of accelerating the transformation processes and increasing the effect are substantiated. A draft concept of transformations of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy has been developed with the aim of enhancing the result of transformational transformations. A discrete model of transformations of the agrarian sector has been created, aimed at achieving a synergetic effect of an economic, ecological and social nature, which is formed as a result of the interaction of the components of the agrarian sector. The volume of synergies has been determined and the most influential factors of development have been identified. Scenarios for the development of the agrarian sector of the economy are developed in accordance with the model of its transformations, its synergetic form is defined as the most effective.
