Essay

Regional epidemiological studies in 2006-2016 showed that in 48.94% of cases this pathology is herpes-associated, and in 51.06% of cases it is toxic-allergic. It was shown that interferon should be used in hyporeactivity in combination with solcoseryl, and prednisolone - in hyperreactivity in combination solcoseryl. The use of experimental models allowed to deepen the understanding of the pathogenetic mechanisms of immuno-inflammatory and toxic-allergic reactions. The developed differentiated pathogenetically grounded treatment regimen, with the use of basic therapy and immunomodulating complex, allowed to reduce by several times the healing time of the oral mucosa, normalize the dental status of the patients, the biochemical and biophysical parameters of the oral fluid, the barrier permeability of the mucous gum, charge state of buccal epithelium cells.
