Essay

The systematic study of the interaction of a,b-unsaturated g-bromoketones of the aliphatic and aromatic series with nitrogen-containing mono- and dinucleophiles was conducted for the first time. Methods of synthesis of new biologicaly active derivatives of azaheterocycles are developed. A new general method for constructing condensed systems with a nitrogen nitrogen atom based on the completion of pyridine, isoquinoline, (benz/benzodi)azepine cycles to 1,3-diazoles and azines has been developed. Methods of regiselective functionalization and completion of new cycles on the enaminal fragment of derivatives of 3-(R-amino)isoquinoline-1(2H)-one were found.
