The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on strategy formation and management mechanisms of technical and technological modernization of agricultural enterprises in the activation of the innovation process. Conceptual principles of strategic planning innovation and technological development of agricultural enterprises, which include methodological and procedural aspects of strategic planning, strategy formation principles and methods of selecting its type. Organizational-economic mechanism of management of innovation processes agricultural enterprises complex associates interdependent elements of external and internal environment to bring together various stakeholders of inherent competencies and capabilities. Formed concept and mechanism of socioeconomic adaptation of the agricultural company to an innovative model of technological development, which includes a set of adaptive management processes, forming the balance of interests and responsibilities, evaluation of adaptive change.
