Derykolenko A. Theoretical and methodological backgrounds of industrial enterprises' venture activities

Object of research: theoretical and methodological principles of venture capital activity at industrial enterprises. The purpose of the research: development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles, methodological approaches and practical recommendations regarding the venture activity of domestic industrial enterprises in the context of their innovation development. Research methods and equipment: retrospective analysis, comparative analysis, statistical and factor analysis, methods of system and factual analysis, system-structural analysis, abstract-logical analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, system-functional, analysis and synthesis. Theoretical and practical results: the main provisions of the dissertation have been brought to the level of methodological developments and practical recommendations that help increase the efficiency of venture capital of industrial enterprises on the basis of optimization of risk taking. Novelty: the conceptual and theoretical and methodological principles of venture capital of industrial enterprises are developed, which is based on a new ideology of solving a complex of economic and innovative problems of Ukraine's development; the concept of the breakthrough economy of an industrial enterprise is substantiated; The theoretical and methodological tools for the development and implementation of the breakthrough strategy of an industrial enterprise are substantiated; the methodical approach to construction of an economics-mathematical model of evaluation of venture projects is substantiated and proposed; The methodical approach to formalizing the process of developing / selecting strategies for venture companies is proposed and substantiated. The degree of implementation: development and practical recommendations are implemented in the activities of industrial enterprises, in the educational process of Sumy State University.
