The thesis presents a comprehensive theoretical analysis and an original solution of the topical scientific and practical problem of medicine, in particular dentistry – an increase of efficiency of diagnostics, prophylaxis and rehabilitation of patients with occlusal disorders of the masticatory system associated with generalized periodontitis, generalized dental attrition, caries and restoration within the conformative approach by defining the principles of influence of dental factors on the formation of pathological changes in the occlusion as well as scientific substantiation, development and improvement of a set of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and design of the individual programs on prevention of occlusal disorders.
