Fatkhutdinov V. Administrative and legal support of public safety in Ukraine

The thesis provides a comprehensive and systematic research into administrative and legal support of public safety in Ukraine. The research has addressed a scientific and applied problem of administrative and legal support of public safety and has provided a developed holistic doctrinal approach to the formation of concept of public safety support. A complex of theoretical and methodological, conceptual, organizational and legal directions for improvement of administrative and legal support of public safety in Ukraine has been generated. Place and role of the National Police in the system of public safety support have been determined; description of activities of the non-state actors in public safety support has been given.
