Soloviov A. Formation of infocommunication ensure of control of the agricultural production structures

The object of research is the processes of infocommunication support for the management of agrarian production structures. The theoretical and methodological basis of the dissertation work is a dialectical method of scientific knowledge and a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes, the fundamental positions of economic theory, management theory and marketing, economic and financial analysis, scientific papers of leading domestic and foreign scientists on the issues of infocommunity management of agrarian production structures. Delivered in the dissertation work tasks were solved with the help of general scientific and special methods. From the general scientific methods, methods were used: deductions (when constructing the structure of work, studying the subject of the study in general, the unity and interdependence of its constituent parts), abstract-logical and synthesis (in clarifying the interpretations of the categorical tools of the dissertation research), analysis (in the formation of the foundations of the conceptual apparatus of the infocommunication control system agrarian production structures) and induction (in the formulation of general conclusions of the study). In addition to the general scientific research methods, the following special methods were used in the dissertation work: tabular and graphic (for the analysis and evaluation of information), exponential smoothing (in assessing the effectiveness of agrarian production structures in the southern region of Ukraine), multidimensional factor and cluster analysis (in the assessment of organizational and economic the readiness of agrarian production structures for the introduction of the infocommunication subsystem), mathematical modeling (in the development of high-precision time-domain models management and forecasting of the efficiency of agricultural producers), a systematic approach (in identifying the issues of information and communication management of agrarian production structures), multi-dimensional methods of neurotechnologies (in the construction of a predictive neural network model for assessing the efficiency of management of agrarian production structures), and other methods of research of economic processes and phenomena.
