In the dissertation the author's concept of the phenomenon of globalistic consciousness is proposed as a specific form of public consciousness, a factor of transformation of political culture and solution of global problems. Defined the conceptual-categorical apparatus, methodological basics of research, structure, typology of globalistic consciousness, features of its structural and functional interaction with political culture. The planetary and regional contexts of the formation of the world globalistic consciousness, the current state and mechanism of the humanization of globalistic consciousness of humanity are explored. The modern features and main directions of the formation of the humanizations globalistic consciousness of Ukrainian society in the light of the democratization of political culture are determined.
