This thesis is devoted to the solution of an important scientific and technical problem of production of nanocrystalline wearproof ceramics based on high melting point compounds for work in aggressive environments. Wearproof nanocomposites in the system Si3N4 - TiN manufacturedon by the worked out technologies, demonstrated high tribotechnical properties in the pairs of nanocomposite-nanocomposite and nanocomposite-hard alloy under conditions of dry friction. In addition, high stability of mechanical and tribotechnocal properties after the long-term exposition at the temperature of 80 С in H2SO4, HNO3 and NaOH has been observed
