Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the actual practical problem, of the intensification of the processes of mechanical processing of agricultural raw materials, in particular the grinding and mixing of bulk material, due to the development of a new class of vibrating machines that implement a comprehensive technological impact on the processed medium. Based on the analysis of the regularities of the material destruction processes, the physical interaction of the newly formed particles with each other and bringing them to a homogeneous state, new directions of the development of methods of complex dynamic processing of raw materials and their constructive introduction in mechanical vibrational systems are substantiated. Experimental models of toroidal, gravitation and mill angular oscillations, vibratory crushers and vibrocentric mixer the implement idea of complex high-level processing of agricultural products are developed. Theoretical and experimental researches of dynamic models of the developed vibratory machines have made it possible to establish analytical and empirical dependences for their main characteristics and as a consequence to substantiate the rational structural and technological parameters of their work. The influence of the regime parameters of the studied machines on the performance and energy intensity of the processes of fine grinding and mixing of bulk raw materials, as well as on the quality of the obtained products, was experimentally investigated. It is established that the total annual economic effect from the introduction of research results into production amounts to 632 thousand UAH/year for the period of investment returns of 0,47 year.
