Essay

The dissertation focuses on solving the research problem of determining the strength of complex mechanical systems and reducing their vibrations through identification of their dynamic and constructive parameters by solving the inverse problems of interpretation of measured data and synthesis. The research has yielded the following methods: methods for imbalance detection and identification of elastic-inertial parameters of flexible rotors, statistical methods for increasing their accuracy, method of test parameters (modes), method of nonlinear power characteristics assessment in oscillatory systems with lumped masses and distributed parameters, method for calculating optimal values of structural parameters of mechanical systems according to the given requirements to their strength and vibration characteristics. Their application made it possible to significantly reduce the oscillations in rotary systems and to provide the durability and performance of hermetic hermetic structures of electronic systems in wide temperature limits.
