In the dissertation the theoretical and methodological principles are substantiated, and practical recommendations for providing economic development of transport and logistics enterprises on the basis of clustering from the perspective of innovation and integration paradigm are developed. The innovation and integration paradigm of the development of transport and logistics enterprises is proposed. The methodological principles are developed for modeling the efficiency of clustering of transport and logistics enterprises. The expediency of introducing "cluster worldview" concept into scientific circulation is substantiated.
