Object - the process of public administration of the financial component of the economic security of the national economy of Ukraine; purpose - is to develop theoretical and methodological principles and to substantiate of their basis methodical recommendations on the state management of the financial component of economic security of the national economy of Ukraine; methods - concretization and abstraction, dialectic, grouping, economic-statistical, graphical, scientific abstraction, logical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, economic and mathematical forecasting, formalization and systematization; novelty consists in the development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and methodological recommendations on public administration of the financial component of economic security of the national economy of Ukraine; results - scientific and applied problem is solved, which consists in the development of theoretical and methodological principles and methodical recommendations on public administration of the financial component of economic security of the national economy of Ukraine; implementation in the activity: Executive Committee of the Reni City Council of the Odessa region (certificate № 122-18 / 292-22 from 24.11.2016), Department of Economic Development and Trade of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration of the Odessa region (certificate № 01 / 01-26 / 465 / 1026 from 02.10.2017), Financial Department of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration of the Odessa region (certificate № 01 / 01-26 / 465/1027 from 02.20.2017), PJSC "Odeskabel" (reference № 560 from 16.11.2016)
