Zanfirova T. Labor freedom in the labor law of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to complex research of the legal nature and problems of definition of the principle of labor freedom, legal regulation and providing of labor freedom in Ukraine, as well as the formulation of strategic ways of reform of national labor legislation in terms of labor freedom. In the framework of this research, the dissertator determines the philosophical and legal essence of freedom, the main signs and guarantees of freedom in the state. Based on the essence of freedom as a philosophical and legal category, taking into account the history of the formation of freedom of labor in Ukraine and the world, the dissertator builds the author's concept of labor freedom. Special attention is paid to the study of labor freedom as a fundamental principle of modern labor law in Ukraine. Analyzed and systematized the main legal sources of this principle, and also on the basis of the principle of labor freedom in the circle of persons and under different conditions of human existence, the author formulates the conclusions, on the one hand, about the nature of the spread and operation of this principle, and on the other hand, on the level of ensuring this principle in modern Ukraine.
