In the thesis it is conducted a complex scientific research of crimes against the basics of the National Security of Ukraine, in which it was created the workings out with improvement of criminal and legal security of the basics of the National Security of Ukraine and determined relevant borders of criminal encroachments on the basics of the National Security of Ukraine, taking into account modern geopolitical realities. Legal regulation of responsibility, general concept and regularities of systematization of the considered crimes in a line with the existing Ukrainian legislation are proved.
