Bondarenko V. Administrative and legal framework for the protection and realization of human rights for ecologically safe environment

The thesis studied the administrative and legal support for the implementation and protection of citizens' rights to an environmentally safe environment. The general theoretical description of the administrative and legal provision of realization and protection of citizens 'rights to an environmentally safe environment is made, the notion and content of citizens' rights to an environmentally safe environment are defined, their features, principles and forms of realization of such rights are analyzed. The main tendencies of development of the mechanism of normative-legal support of realization and protection of the rights of citizens to environmentally safe environment are researched. The directions of European integration and international experience in realization and protection of citizens' rights to an environmentally safe environment are described.
