Shchavinskyy V. Defense of interests of the state in administrative legal proceedings

There were analyzed theoretical and methodological, as well as historical aspects of the research. The attention was focused on the administrative justice system of Ukraine and its role in ensuring of the legal order, tasks of the administrative judicial system of Ukraine. The research of the state as a subject of the administrative judicial process through disclosure of the author's standpoint of the perception of the state as a defendant, as a plaintiff and as other participant of the administrative judicial process was done. Ways of improvement of the organizational and legal support of administrative judicial proceeding in the light of defense of the interests of the state were offered.
