Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the actual scientific problem of methodological means development for telecommunication service platforms synthesis at the national level for the optimal implementation of the ubiquitous computing concept (distributed computing) with specified levels of quality of service, performance, and functional stability. There were defined and solved several interrelated tasks intended to produce an optimum choice and structural-parametric architectural configuration of the service implementation of network systems at each of the most common levels of model representations: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. As the result of these tasks solution have become mathematical, structural and parametric and structural-functional models of: the optimal structural and parametric synthesis of these systems on the service quality criteria (taking into account the level of service availability), system performance and operational stability; differentiated processing of requests' flows; adaptive redundancy and redeployment of network-dependent levels' resources of service platforms, including through the application of fuzzy set theory methods; load flows differentiated processing by parallelized virtualized network resources; compact representation of network resources metadata by digital holographic processing concept. The efficiency of the telecommunication service platform scaling and its structural transformations were investigated, as well as impact of the self-similarity and other traffic features (that were examined experimentally) to the defined above criteria of the technical efficiency. The prioritized traffic service processing was modified has improved timing indexes of service quality in 2-7 times, depending on the level of multiservice network platform units loading. The ways and features of IaaS model adaptation for scalable networks of civil and special purpose were defined. The conceptual basics of the migrating firewall as intrusion detection system for telecommunication platforms of national scale are given, as well as deep analysis of cloud networking implementation challenges in Ukraine was conducted. A quality of service indexes were increased in mobile systems based on efficient network- and radio-resources utilization of heterogeneous service network platform and proposed optimal procedure of intellectual vertical handover based on cloud technology and fuzzy logic technique. This theory was chosen as a tool for solving tasks of aggregation of double-meaning, subjective and fuzzy evaluative judgments about state of partial parameters as criteria of optimal resource (cell) selection. The methodology and methods were formed that allow the implementation of the telecommunication service platforms for the optimum technical and economic indicators accomplishment to make process development of e-services distribution and ubiquitous computing means implementation by companies and agencies using open system architecture more efficient and dynamic.
