Object of research: the process of formation and functioning of the supply chain of goods of everyday demand. Purpose: to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles of the logistic paradigm of the formation of supply chains of goods of everyday demand and the development of practical recommendations for their practical implementation. Methods: historical and logical, theory of systems and systems analysis, analysis, synthesis and comparison, graphic, induction and deduction, game theory, econometric modeling, analytical hierarchies, scientific generalization and systematization, statistical analysis. Novelty: for the first time a method for structuring the characteristic features of supply chains has been developed, depending on the type of goods that put into its basis, based on the substantiation of the components of the logistic paradigm, a model for determining the key success factors of the SC GED is proposed, the conceptual basis of which is a compromise between efficiency and elasticity, the achievement of which is possible in through the effective combination of the four areas of activity: logistics, marketing, outsourcing and information technology, improved the method of quantifying the level for customer satisfaction in volatile GED market, method of justification of expedience outsourcing of key competencies in SC GED, conditions of logistic optimization of production program in SC GED on the basis of structuring of supply chain determinants over the spheres of activity of elements of optimization, mechanism of introduction of logistic concept in the functioning of electronic, short and reverse SC GED. Scope of application: in the activities of the Lviv Regional State Administration to justify the strategic development of the logistic infrastructure of the region, Ternopil Regional State Administration for developing the Program of socio-economic and cultural development of Ternopil region for 2018, LLC Barkom to identify the criteria and measuring the level of customer satisfaction, group of companies "Petecki" in Republic of Poland to improve supply chains upon return of goods and application of the mechanism of the division of key business processes between the participants of the supply chain using outsourcing, PJSC "TerA" to measure customer satisfaction, in the educational process of the Lviv University of Business and Law in teaching of subjects "Business Economics", "Management" and "Marketing" , Ternopil National Technical University named after Ivan Pulyuy in the teaching of disciplines "Logistics", "Marketing Distribution Policy", "Marketing Modeling", "Marketing Management", "Strategic Marketing".
