The present manuscript is devoted to the urgent problem of the contemporary linguistics - the communicative-pragmatic and linguistic conceptual organization of the lingual cognitive phenomenon "business discourse". A complex research of English business discourse has been firstly carried out in its communicative-pragmatic and linguistic conceptual dimensions. A number of theoretical statements of the perspective direction of language study - linguistic conceptology of discourse have been developed as well as a few approaches to lingual pragmatic study of discourse have been perfected. The conception of modeling discourse according to its pragmatic parameters and mental language structures (concepts) has been created. The contemporary English business discourse is determined as professional communication of English community of businessmen, their employees, partners, investors, shareholders, government and civil organizations involved in business relations in the time period from the end of the 20th century up to the beginning of the 21st century.
