Essay

The thesis is devoted to define administrative and legal principles of judges' service in Ukraine. The place of the judicial power in the system of state power in Ukraine is studied in the paper; historical and legal regularities of its formation and development are established. Practical measures aimed at promoting forms of interaction between judges and state and local authorities are suggested; foreign experience of legal regulation of judges' service is generalized; possibilities of its use in Ukraine are determined.
