The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of topical theoretical and methodological, normative and legal and practical aspects of the organization and activity of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The formation and development of the Pension Fund from the standpoint of legal regulation of its activities at different stages of state development is characterized. The main purpose of the activity of the Pension Fund of Ukraine is defined. The legal principles of the Pension Fund of Ukraine are determined. The principles of the Pension Fund of Ukraine activity are outlined. The peculiarities of coordination of activity of the Pension Fund of Ukraine are revealed.
