Essay

In the thesis the ways of solving the scientific problem of developing strategies for the asymmetric synthesis of organophosphorus, fluoroorganic and heterocyclic analogues of natural compounds as valuable building blocks for the preparation of biologically active substances based on them are presented. A theoretical study and generalization of methods for the asymmetric synthesis of organophosphorus compounds has been carried out, which is presented in the monograph and review articles. Organic synthesis, enzymatic synthesis, methods of stereochemistry, spectral methods (IR, NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and chromatography-mass spectroscopy, polarimetry), elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, chromatography. Sphere of use is bioorganic chemistry.
