The author of the dissertation has accomplished theoretical generalization and own solution of the scientific problem related to the formation of a new concept of administrative and legal mechanism of the state regulation of foreign investment in Ukraine. The degree of scientific elaboration of the problem related to the definition of foreign investment as an object of the state regulation and administrative and legal provision has been revealed. The legal status of foreign investment subjects has been characterized. The essence, features and a range of principles of the state regulation of foreign investment in Ukraine have been clarified.
