Essay

In the thesis theoretical substantiation of mechanisms of candidal damage of mucous membrane of the upper digestive tract was given. New decision of the research problem as developed pathogenetically substantiated multi-staged system of clinical monitoring of patients was given. The system of clinical monitoring contains diagnostic stage with risk factors and comorbidity as destabilization of local and systemic indicators of barrier dysfunction of the mucous membrane and the formation of risk groups of the absence of satisfactory effect of treatment, preventive stage with determination of seasonal aspect to manage preventive measures in group of high risk development of candidiasis and recurring.
