The thesis describes the socio-economic content of the functioning of enterprises of the tourism industry and rural green tourism and their place in the structure of the national economy; the influence of factors of eurointegration and globalization on the development of subjects of domestic tourism business, including in the village; Institutional mechanisms and regulators of development of enterprises of the tourist industry in general and rural green tourism in particular are revealed. The patterns, manifestations and principles of development of enterprises of the tourism industry and rural green tourism are substantiated; Indicators, indicators and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of tourism activity, including in the village; the means of planning, forecasting and modeling the development of tourist enterprises in general and rural green tourism in particular are substantiated. The structure, placement, features of the use of resource potential of enterprises of the tourism industry and rural green tourism are analyzed, the efficiency of the main types of tourism activity functioning, including in the village; the peculiarities of the formation of the domestic market of tourist services are revealed and the organization of their monitoring is substantiated. In the dissertation the directions of implementation of system management and institutional provision of tourism activity are developed; the ways of improvement of tourist activity on the basis of introduction of innovations are substantiated; the possibilities and forms of integration of enterprises of the tourism industry and rural green tourism are determined. Proposals for the formation of new tourist products and brands have been developed; defined reserves and prospects for improving the activities of rural green tourism enterprises; the means of improvement of investment and advertising-informational (marketing) support of tourist enterprises are substantiated.
