The dissertation is devoted to the development of basis for the production technologies of new multi-functional usage materials - composite metal-filled copolymers of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) with 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and composite hydrogels on their basis.The results of research of synthesis regularities of metalfilled composites by polymerization filling using dispersed metal powders (Fe, Со, Ni, Pb, Zn, SmCo5, FeCo), chemical reduction of metals (Ni, Cu, Ag) in hydrogel network, polymerization with simultaneous metals (Ni, Cu, Ag) chemical reduction are represented. The effect of filling method on structure formation and properties of hydrogel composites is investigated and on the basis of this the operating conditions of synthesis of materials with predicted characteristics are determined.The low-tonnage technologies of metalfilled PVP co-polymers and articles on their basis production are developed.
