In the dissertation the theoretical generalization and a new solution of the actual scientific problem of dentistry is proposed, which is to increase the efficiency of surgical treatment of patients with jaw ameloblastomas on the basis of the study of pathogenetic mechanisms of their development, morphological features, improvement of diagnostic methods, and also the prevention of complications using developed and scientifically substantiated schemes of treatment and preventive measures. . The schemes of pathogenetic treatment and prophylaxis of inflammatory and neurological complications in patients after the removal of jaw tumors, which allow to reduce the number of purulent inflammatory complications in 4-6 times and shorten the terms of treatment of patients after a surgical intervention in 2 times compared with traditional methods of treatment.
