The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific problem of the formation and functioning of mechanisms of effective functioning of agricultural enterprises in the grain market. The conceptual-categorical apparatus of researches of organizational and economic principles of functioning of the grain market and its subjects is developed in this work. The evolution of organizational and economic conditions for the functioning of agricultural enterprises in the grain market is investigated. The structural features of the grain market and market behavior of commodity producers are determined. The regularities of the functioning of the grain market and the methodological principles of agricultural enterprise behavior management are identified. Characterized indicators and grounded indicators of the functioning of the grain market. Methodological approaches to increasing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises functioning on the grain market in the context of globalization challenges are developed. The influence of world economic tendencies on grain production in domestic agricultural enterprises is determined. The estimation of the current state of domestic enterprises-producers of grain is fulfilled. Identified market factors for managing the activities of agricultural enterprises participating in the grain market. The organizational aspects of sales activity of domestic enterprises-producers of grain are outlined. The peculiarities of pricing of agricultural enterprises in the grain market are determined. The mechanisms of management of the efficiency of marketing activities of agricultural enterprises in the grain market are grounded. Tools for reducing the transaction costs of doing business in the grain market have been identified. The organizational and production tools for increasing the efficiency of grain production in agricultural enterprises are substantiated. The strategies of effective functioning of agricultural enterprises in the grain market are determined. The concept of organic combination of the organizational and economic mechanism of effective functioning of agricultural enterprises in the grain market with the mechanism of managing the market behavior of the grain-producing enterprise based on the systematic implementation of marketing, commercial and industrial shifts using the appropriate organizational and managerial tools is substantiated. The methodological principles of management of adaptive behavior of agricultural enterprises in the grain market are determined taking into account the regularities of its functioning on the basis of forecasting of market conditions and ensuring the stabilization of the level of profitability of production and sale of grain through a combination of organizational and managerial measures for the establishment of stable and short-term competitive advantages and measures for correction of the price policies and volume management. Strategic management tools for the main activity of agricultural enterprises producing grain based on the use of means of influencing production, marketing and commercial activity, as well as provision, control and regulation of their synergistic interaction are developed. Organizational and managerial methods of taking into account the effects of market factors on the efficiency of agricultural enterprises-producers of grain, which allow taking into account the impact of the level of organization of product storage on maximizing sales prices and eliminating the risks of seasonal growth of supply and lower prices in the system of creating price competitive advantages with the prevalence of cost management tools are improved.
