Pidlypna R. Development of the Social Insurance System in the Context of the Formation of a Socially Oriented Market Economy in Ukraine

Object: the process of implementation of the state policy of ensuring the development of the social insurance system. Purpose: to develop theoretical and methodological principles, justification of priorities, mechanisms and means of state regulation of the development of the social insurance system in the context of the formation of a socially oriented market economy in Ukraine. Methods: systematic approach; structural-logical and semantic analysis; quantitative and qualitative comparison; statistical analysis, graphical methods and the method of integral evaluation; analog method); analysis of the main components; system-structural analysis and modeling. It is offered: conceptual approach to the distinction of the social insurance system as a separate segment of relations in the system of the social sphere of the state and the leading instrument of the state social policy; methodological approach to the typology of models of development of the social insurance system depending on the scale and effectiveness of social insurance in the state, the balance of its basic structural relations, degree of integration and the role of social insurance in the system of social development of the state; a set of measures and tools for the formation of the institutional basis of state regulation of the development of the social insurance system; improved methodological approaches to the typology of threats to the social sphere.
