The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which resides in determining the essence and peculiarities of solving labor disputes, as well as in developing the corresponding scientific concept. As a result of the conducted study, the author has formulated a number of conclusions, suggestions and recommendations aimed at achieving the goal. The genesis of the resolution of labor disputes in the labor law of Ukraine has been clarified. The state of scientific and theoretical development of legal problems in solving labor disputes has been characterized. The legal nature of labor disputes has been established. Specifics of the legal regulation of the resolution of labor disputes have been outlined. The essential characteristics of individual labor disputes have been revealed.
