The thesis is devoted to the solution of the actual scientific and applied problem of developing the theoretical and applied foundations of information technology for assessing the sufficiency of quality information in software requirements specifications.A study was made of known models, methods and means of presenting quality information in the specifications of software requirements. Simulation of the process of assessing the sufficiency of quality information in the specifications of software requirements was performed. Methods for assessing the sufficiency of quality information in the specifications of software requirements have been developed. The methodology and information technology for assessing the sufficiency of quality information in the specifications of software requirements have been developed. Results of functioning of the developed information technology are given.
