In dissertation work the socio-economic essence and features of functioning of agrarian enterprises with foreign investments in Ukraine, Europe and in the world are determined; the forms and types of the mentioned agrarian enterprises and their competitive advantages in the conditions of European integration and globalization are substantiated; organizational and economic mechanism and integration motives and factors of development of agrarian enterprises with foreign investments are revealed. The basic models (accelerator multiplier, matrix, nonlinear programming) with the appropriate methods, tools and indicators of an estimation of effective development of agrarian enterprises with foreign investments are substantiated; the means of realization and improvement of investment strategies of their activity and development on the basis of spatial-sectoral identification, establishment of competitive advantages, investment attractiveness, motivation are determined; Methodological approaches to the substantiation of new management systems for the development of agrarian enterprises with foreign investments are substantiated. The dissertation analyzes the main factors of efficient and competitive functioning of agricultural enterprises with foreign investments; assessment of foreign economic and export-import activity of agrarian enterprises with foreign investments; The problems, risks and tendencies of functioning and development of agrarian enterprises with foreign investments are revealed. Areas of implementation of automated systems (programming) management of strategies for the development of agrarian enterprises with foreign investments are based on the principles of process approach (controlling), restructuring and reengineering; the means of ensuring financial and economic stability of functioning and development of agrarian enterprises with foreign investments are substantiated; developed ecological-oriented strategies for the development of agrarian enterprises with foreign investments based on the concepts of environmental management.
