Rossoshanska O. Methodological baselines for assessment of the innovative project-oriented enterprises’ economic security.

The features of innovative project-oriented enterprises (IPOE) and their economic security (ES) are investigated. The main hazards of the IPOE have been identified. The law of the triad of harmonious continuous innovative development of the IPOE is formulated. The essence of assessment the ES as a component in the proposed ecosecent system is highlighted, and the system-forming factors of its components are determined. The categorical apparatus of enterprises' ES and its assessment are specified. The methodology to assess the IOPE's ES is structured; the essence of the axioms and principles, peculiarities, norms and stages of the ES assessment are specified. The theoretical basis and methods to assess the IPOE's strategic ES, method to determine the limit and threshold fuzzy values for indicators of the IPOE's ES are created. Fuzzy criterion scales for the basic and integral indicators of the IPOE's strategic ES are constructed. The toolkit to assess the strategic ES is developed utilizing groups of indicators of activity, the state of the internal environment of activity and the level of employees' competence. The mechanism to assess and define ways to improve IPOE's ES is developed. Assessment of the ES is presented as a scientific direction within the ecosecent.
