Essay

Object of the study: public management of the health care system of Ukraine. Purpose: substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of public pricing management in the health care system in Ukraine under the conditions of the industry reform. Methods: historical, functional-structural and comparative analysis, system and complex approaches, statistical methods, generalization method and logical method, dual control method, prognostic method and data processing method. Results: theoretical and methodological bases are substantiated and practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of public pricing management in the health care system in Ukraine under the conditions of the industry reform are developed. Novelty: proposed a scientific and methodological approach to the development of public health financing mechanisms in Ukraine; scientific and methodological approaches to clarifying the features of managerial activity in solving problems (risks) that arise in connection with the reform of the health care of Ukraine are improved; has further developed the marketing mechanism of public administration in the field of health through the actualization of social marketing. Implemented by the Health Department of the Zhytomyr Regional Administration, the Department of Health of the Kharkiv City Council, the State іnstitution "Ukrainian Institute for Strategic Studies of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine", the territorial medical association of the Lyuboml'sky and Shatsky districts of the Volyn region, the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine. Areas of application: government bodies, local government and self-government bodies, enterprises, public organizations.
