The object of the study is the process of strengthening the economic security of enterprise development through managerial influence on the socio-humanitarian component. The aim is to substantiate theoretical and methodological bases, strategic priorities and programmatic measures to manage the socio-humanitarian component of the company's economic security. The author uses scientific methods of research: structural, comparative analysis of empirical data, historical and content analysis, abstract-logical generalization, system theory and system analysis, comparison, scientific abstraction, heuristic, economic-statistical and comparative, factor and logical analysis, systemic, questionnaire, scientific abstraction and economic-mathematical modeling, graphic, matrix, expert evaluation, generalization, abstract-logical approach. The theoretical significance is: the formation of an organizational mechanism for managing the socio-humanitarian component of enterprise's economic security on the basis of application at economic, organizational and administrative and socio-psychological methods; improvement of the methodology for assessing the economic security of an enterprise based on the application at economics and mathematical tools of a multidimensional logit-model, taking into account the case of binary choice; clarification the interpretation of essence the economic categories "economic security of the enterprise in the context of the socio-humanitarian component" and "threat in the social humanitarian sphere", "socio-humanitarian strategy in the system of economic security of the enterprise", and their correlation based on the criteria for strengthening the economic security of enterprises; the implementation of the socio-humanitarian strategy of economic security the enterprise on the basis of application in context of abrupt response to socio-humanitarian threats, aimed at predicting the early detection of socio-humanitarian threats and threats aimed at reimbursing the damage.
