The study included 1071 patients with lung cancer. All patients received radiotherapy, and 73 % of them had combined chemoradiotherapy. The analysis conducted statistically proves that there are gender features of the course of lung cancer, which are related to the localization of the pathological process, parameters of the index of integral stage of lung cancer in the manifest debut of the disease, the form, the nature of metastasis to the lymph nodes. In this case, sexual dimorphism of survival is absent. Metastatic defeat of the skeleton is observed in 22 % of the number of patients with lung cancer, among which the correlation of changes in the spine, peripheral bones and joints is 2:2:1.
