The dissertation is devoted to the development and substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of models of development of innovation and investment potential of agribusiness subjects. The concept of the formation, implementation, realization and development of innovative investment potential for different sizes of agricultural business entities is grounded, which is based on the creation of market competitive advantages through the introduction of elements, components and tools of innovations into the production and management components of the activity on the principles of the principle of ensuring a productive the development of agrarian production, as the main source of investment potential, through the use of functional-operational fashion and, based on instrumental implement basic policies (commodity, price, communication and marketing) industrial and commercial activity. The principles and methodological approaches to management of the development of innovative and investment potential of subjects of agrarian business on the basis of formation of strategic zones of innovation activity by establishing criteria and scales of production of innovative (in conditions of agrarian production - improved) products, conditions on commodity markets with singular features are identified creation of target consumer demand, taking into account the directions of obtaining competitive advantages on the basis of innovations that are possible is to apply on separate elements or in the system, in particular, changes in the logistic activity of the agrarian business entities, taking into account the reduction of production costs, which form the volume of necessary investments, and the implementation of goods in the system of vertical and horizontal integration, as well as through the introduction of innovations in the activities of agrarian enterprises by adaptive use of modern production and management tools in the conditions of economic activity of subjects of agrarian business.
