Maliuta L. Institutional determinants of organization's ensuring of economic security of enterprises in the context of their innovative and technological development.

The object of research is the organizational processes ensuring the economic security of enterprises in the context of their innovation and technological development and institutional determinants of economic security of the enterprises of mechanical engineering. The purpose of the dissertation is systematization and development of scientific methodological, methodical and applied principles of organizational support of economic safety of machine-building enterprises taking into account the factors of their institutional environment. The methodology of the research is based on the synthesis of the general theory of systems, theories of economic development, economic analysis, security study and innovation. The decision of the set tasks and achievement of the purpose of the dissertation stipulates the use of the following scientific methods of research: historical, dialectical and epistemological analysis; scientific abstraction; analysis and synthesis; system analysis and system approach; monographic examination and generalization; formalization and systematization; economic-statistical, financial and comparative analysis; graphic; questionnaire; expert survey; abstract-logical; structural, functional, adaptive and integration approaches. The theoretical significance of the results obtained is the systematic study of current developments in the scientific sphere regarding the implementation of the mechanism for the formation of an effective system for ensuring the economic security of enterprises, as well as in solving practical problems related to the peculiarities of developing strategies for the development of modern business entities. The development of the institutional paradigm of ensuring economic security has allowed to deepen the theory and expand its content content taking into account the current realities and to substantiate the adaptive-transformational measures of its implementation in the conditions of European integration processes and conducting active socio-economic reforms and anticorruption policy in the context of the state-public-entrepreneurship chain » The practical significance of the results obtained is the wide use of machine-building enterprises, organizations and bodies of state administration and local self-government in scientific research and practical recommendations in shaping measures and strategies for ensuring economic security in the context of their development. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in theoretical and methodological substantiation and solving an important scientific problem concerning the formation of institutional determinants of organizational support of economic security of enterprises in the context of their innovation and technological development. The scientific-methodological positions and practical recommendations, which have been formed in the dissertation, have been tested at the enterprises of the machine-building industry, in local self-government bodies and used in the educational process of higher educational institutions.
