Essay

The study of reproducible conditions of manufacturing and functionalization of inorganic and organic carbon materials, a comprehensive study of their structural, electrical and optical properties in a wide range of external conditions for expanding their functional capabilities, development, improvement of efficiency and stability of novel electronic devices on their basis were carried out. Also, new approaches and methods for the analysis of stationary and transient electronic processes in the next-generation semiconductor heterojunctions on the basis of nanostructured materials were proposed.
