The state of research of the problem of administrative and legal provision for reforming the prosecutor's office of Ukraine has been characterized. The preconditions for reforming the prosecutor's office have been clarified. The essence, tasks and stages of the reform of the prosecutor's office have been studied. The place of the reformed prosecutor's office in the system of law enforcement agencies has been determined.
