In dissertation the conceptual integral synergetic model of psychological and pedagogical training of professional judges is worked out on the basis of comparative pedagogical research in the juridical training system of Ukraine. Its didactic structure as theoretical and method basis of psychological and pedagogical training of judges was grounded, that provided stage-by-stage realization of the key conceptual provisions of research; the comparative complex analysis of social and pedagogical field of the research problem is carried out, on the basis of what it is described social context of the content of juridical training in Ukraine and Canada; theoretically substantiated the conceptual foundations of psychological and pedagogical training of judges as bases of increase of level of psychological and pedagogical self-perfection of judges from position of innovative educational project in the context of realization of methodological phases (planning, reflection), psychological and pedagogical aspect of training of judges to teaching activity taking into account psychical and physiology descriptions of professional development of judge; principles of social context of juridical training in Canada are exposed; the characteristic features of the research phenomena are analysed: "psychological and pedagogical training of judges, psychological and pedagogical accompaniment of judges"; studied and selected the tendencies of introduction of synergetic model of psychological and pedagogical training of professional judges are certain through the imperative of grant of recommendations as source of perfection of the system of judge education in Ukraine in the context of modern comparative studies of theory and methods of professional education; the integral operating complex of development of pedagogical mastery of judges and authorial program for its realization based on binarity of methods of studies (teaching) and education is worked out.
