The thesis studies the solution of relevant scientific and applied problem of development of the theoretical and practical basis of information technology of gene expression profiles processing to reconstruct gene regulatory networks, development of the technology for reconstruction and validation of gene network models, creation of the effective methods of the intelligent analysis and complex data processing. The technology of filtration and reduction of gene expression profiles based on the statistical criteria and Shannon entropy has been developed to remove the noise component and non-informative gene expression profiles. The proposed technology is based on the complex use of the wavelet analysis and fuzzy modelling methods. The implementation of this technology allows us to increase the informativeness of the data under investigation due to the decreasing the noise level and removing the genes which are not informative in the terms of the used group criteria.
