Essay

Object of research: state regulation of tourist-recreational sphere. Purpose: substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations and strategic directions for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of the development of the tourist and recreational sphere of Ukraine. Methods: sociological, hypothetical-deductive, systemic, prognostic, theoretical-conceptual, statistical, deductive proof of the research hypothesis put forward, structural-functional analysis, dialectical approach, a number of comparative methods. Results: substantiated and developed theoretical foundations and scientific and practical recommendations on the formation and implementation of mechanisms of state regulation of the development of the tourist and recreational sphere of Ukraine. Novelty: the main elements of anti-crisis technologies of state regulation of tourism-recreational sphere are determined; methodological approaches to modernization of state regulation mechanisms for policy development of tourist-recreational sphere development are improved; approaches to the formation of mechanisms of state regulation of the tourist-recreational sphere of Ukraine are improved; the methodical support for the implementation of state regulation mechanisms was created by the creation and functioning of special territorial-economic entities of the tourist-recreational area, and others. Implemented in activities: to the Committee on Family, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Khmelnitsky Regional Council, Khmelnitsky Regional State Administration, Zaporizhia Regional State Administration, Khmelnitsky Center for Retraining and Promotion qualifications of government employees. Scopes: public authorities, local authorities.
