Dzhafarova M. Administrative Procedural Law of Ukraine: Issues of Theory

The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific research devoted to the theoretical legal characteristics of administrative procedural law as an independent branch of law in the national legal system. The author finds out the degree of scientific elaboration of the problem of definition of the concept and subject of administrative procedural law of Ukraine in legal opinion. The concept and essence of the subject, methods, principles, sources, functions, purpose and objectives of administrative procedural law are found out. The elemental composition of the system of administrative procedural law is described and characterized and the modern scientific opinion on its internal content is proposed.
