The object of the study is the processes of interaction of the organizational and economic mechanism of ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in the conditions of associations of territorial communities on the basis of implementation of the principles of development. The purpose of the work is to substantiate and develop scientific and methodological approaches, theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises operating under voluntary association of territorial communities. The author used the methods of dialectical knowledge; historical analysis; morphological analysis; abstract-logical approach; statistical analysis; system analysis and formalization of complex structures; economic-statistical and comparative analysis; economic-mathematical analysis; system theory and system approach; graphical and tabular representation. The theoretical significance consists in a comprehensive study of current developments regarding the development of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for the formation and enhancement of the competitiveness of industrial enterprises in the conditions of association of territorial communities. Scientific novelty consists in solving an important scientific problem - the development and formation of organizational and economic mechanism, theoretical and methodological principles and methodical provisions, practical recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises operating in the new conditions of association of territorial communities. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological, methodological and applied aspects of the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the competitive development of enterprises in the conditions of association of territorial communities. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the developed theoretical and methodological, scientific and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for improving the competitiveness of industrial enterprises on the basis of the implementation of the organizational and economic mechanism of interaction with the association of territorial communities.
