Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the scientific and practical problem – the substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles of the integration structures formation on the basis of public-private partnership in the AIC of Ukraine and the development of practical recommendations for their implementation. The conceptual-categorical apparatus of the theory of economy and management of the national economy in the context of integration processes on the basis of public-private partnership has been developed. The necessity of application of synergetic-institutional methodology as a basis for the specified integration processes implementation has been proved. The methodical provisions of the complex evaluation of the initial level integration business structures formation with the use of the synergistic potential partnership as an integration indicator, which allows to determine the possibility of realization of integration processes, has been developed. The conceptual provisions of forming the mechanism of homeostatic coherence of the public-private partnership actors interaction in the conditions of implementation of entrepreneurial integration processes has been formed. The essence of the system of strategic management integration processes on the public-private partnership basis has been determined according to synergetic-institutional methodology. The theoretical and methodological provisions concerning the evaluation of synergetic interaction of public-private partnership in the context of formation of integration structures has been substantiated.
